Education in the spirit of tolerance must be directed towards the counteraction of influences, which causes a feeling of fear and alienation towards others. It should promote the formation of young people's skills of independent thinking, critical thinking and developing judgments based on moral values.
Education of a harmoniously developed, highly cultured personality is a task that is one of the first in the educational program. This was also said by J.J.Rousseau. Education in the spirit of tolerance must be directed towards the counteraction of influences, which causes a feeling of fear and alienation towards others. It should promote the formation of young people's skills of independent thinking, critical thinking and development of judgments based on moral values.
Rich, well-controlled emotions are the golden fund of the individual, wealth that must be multiplied, the sprouts of which must be cultivated. Speaking about the culture of emotions, it should be borne in mind that, like any other culture, it means the degree of perfection of something, in this case, the perfection of a person's emotional development.
The culture of the manifestation of feelings allows us to judge the general culture of a person, his upbringing, about his ideological and moral connection with the surrounding people, with society as a whole. The concept of «emotional culture» is much broader than the notion of «etiquette», «culture of behavior», although it is a component of such a concept as «communicative culture».
Emotion, is the most important means of communication and the regulator of social behavior of a person. This social nature of feelings and emotions is manifested most clearly in direct communication with other people, the collective, the society. The peculiarity of emotional responsiveness, tolerance, the ability to make others' joys and sorrows your own, is especially important for our modern society, in our difficult times.[1,32]
The complexity, perfection and depth of emotions are judged by the richness of their external expression, but the exact coincidence of the forms and contents of feelings cannot be observed very often. Thomas, as a rule, lags behind. In addition, many people, possessing iron restraint, hide their true feelings. Others are modest, others — just do not know how to adequately react emotionally to the impact of the environment due to their mental characteristics or lack of emotional competence.
In the sphere of everyday human relations, unfortunately, today we note an acute shortage of cordiality, emotional mutual understanding, tolerance. On the contrary, most often there is a disunity of people, intolerance of significant and minor shortcomings of others, national intolerance. But everywhere we meet claims to understanding and empathy to ourselves from others. Education of the culture of emotions, from the highest to the simplest, involves caring for the beauty of their self-expression and the formation of emotional competence.[2,160]
Many researches have drawn attention to the fact that the culture of emotions, like any other culture, should be inculcated, shaped, educated. The creation of such a guide is an objective necessity. It is under development and local approbation. Such a program is built in the type of a spiral, the content of each turn is the consolidation of the material that has been traversed (in the game, in reading and analyzing the artwork, in accessing other forms of art: painting, music, theater, etc.) and learning new, then reinstalling At a higher level. At the base of this spiral there should be two socially significant emotions: empathy and tolerance.
Tolerance is not a concession, depression or indulgence. Tolerance is primarily an active attitude, formed on the basis of recognition of universal human rights and fundamental freedoms. Under no circumstances can tolerance serve as a justification for encroachment on these core values, tolerance must be shown by individuals, groups and states.[3,47]
Civic education presupposes reliance on knowledge, emotions, actions with the help of which young generations are included in the life of a multi-state, the history of relations is mastered by their traditional way of life, spirituality and culture. A key aspect of the civic education of students in the study of religious culture, which is important for the realization of the principles of tolerance in civil society, is the upbringing in the young generation of tolerance and, more broadly, respect for the freedom of ideological self-determination of the individual. It is common knowledge that not only do many ethnic groups live in Asia, but many religions coexist. In the process of the formation of human civilization between historical denominations of Asia, there have been formed, albeit not immediately, on the whole fairly loyal relations based on mutual respect and tolerance.
The development of a cross-cutting program will allow to organize continuity in the formation of a culture of emotions in the secondary school system about college about higher education. At the higher levels of study, the study, analysis of the importance of already known young people's emotions is deepened, the culture of their management in everyday life is being improved, the circle of emotional states entering into this or that emotional zone is expanding. In the younger school age, the world of emotions becomes more complicated, the concepts of «empathy» and «tolerance» deepen in a new round of the spiral. Now the circle of objects, phenomena, people causing these emotions expands, including objects of distant environment. Children themselves determine what (or who) causes them sympathy, empathy, to whom (or what) should be tolerated, why, how to manage these and other familiar emotions.
As a hypothesis of the study, the following assumptions are put forward:
— Tolerance is a complex complex phenomenon that includes Behavioral, emotional, cognitive, personality components, and psycho-physiological prerequisites;
— The phenomenon of tolerance is characterized by a unique expression and Conjugation of components among teachers and schoolchildren, students acting as subjects of pedagogical interaction;
— The use of psychological methods, technologies, techniques, in particular a diagnostic seminar-training at the stage of professional training of future teachers, contributes to the creation of conditions through which the skills and abilities of tolerant behavior are formed.[4,4]
In accordance with the purpose and hypothesis, the following research tasks are defined:
— To systematize the experience of studying the phenomenon of tolerance by foreign and domestic psychologists, on the basis of this, to determine and operationalize the component composition of tolerance.
— To reveal the psychological features of the components of tolerance in Students and teachers of the vocational school as subjects of pedagogical interaction.
— To investigate the conditions for the formation of components of tolerance of behavior among students in the process of professional training.
— To study the features and possibilities of forming components of tolerance of teachers through a diagnostic seminar-training.
The scientific novelty of the study is as follows:
— A meaningful analysis of the phenomenon of tolerance in the context of pedagogical interaction made it possible to identify the specificity of the expression of the components of tolerance in groups of teachers and students.
— Theoretically and empirically confirmed the possibility of the formation, development and correction of tolerance in the subjects of the educational process of the vocational school.
— Possibilities of formation of skills and abilities of the tolerant Behavior in conditions of pedagogical interaction at the stage of vocational training.
«Cultivating» the emotions of empathy (empathy) and tolerance (tolerance) leads to the prevention of manifestations of irritability, anger, finally, aggression. Playing specially organized situations, staging or reading the roles of folklore, author's tales and stories, the consolidation of emotional reactions in everyday relationships is a necessary condition for the formation of emotional culture.
